Lorraine Troy, President & CEO of Choice Mentoring a non-profit organization for youth and, Chairperson of the Youth Aid Panel 18B, a diversionary program for first time offending youth operated through the District Attorney’s Office of Philadelphia.
Ms. Troy a retired Federal Investigator, continues to give her time and talent by helping others. Ms. Troy is an advocate for youth and adults alike. She believes that every person has value and worth and deserves the best life possible.
Lorraine published her first Children’s book “The Invitation” Teddy Bear Tea Party (Series) November 2019.

Monica Jackson, Health and Wellness Coach at Choice Mentoring since 2007, has studied electrical engineering, and has Master’s degree in Business Administration.
Monica works as a Project Manager for a Engineering Firm. She is also a spin “cycling” instructor.
Monica, a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, is an advocate for health and fitness and enjoys giving our youth the necessary tools to succeed not only in education but in overall health and wellness.

Myisha Cosby is a loving and devoted mother and has worked in the Human Services field for over 12 years and has developed a love for the industry. She is actively enrolled in Community College of Philadelphia pursuing a degree in Psychology.
Ms. Cosby enjoys helping and empowering people, which lead her to become a volunteer for Choice Mentoring in 2012. Ms. Cosby has assisted in several areas of the organization and is currently the Registration Coordinator.
Volunteer Coordinator
Arlene has been a volunteer for Choice mentoring for about 7 years. She is a retired IT Specialist from the federal government where she thoroughly enjoyed the challenges of her position.
Arlene loves being a mentor and cares about others. She uses her positive attitude to encourage others to work hard and succeed. Arlene is inspired by her Pastors and church family where she serves on the Hospitality Team. She enjoys her two sons and their families.
Support Assistant
Celine is the mother of two grown sons and is a certified school counselor working at St Martin de Porres
in North Philadelphia. She loves her career as a counselor and is currently pursuing her license so she can
continue to grow and develop her counseling skills in order to fulfill her dream of helping as many young
children and adolescents as possible. Being a part of Choice Mentoring enables her to continue her work
with children.
