Board Members

Lorraine Troy is a woman of many titles, talents, gifts and skills. She is wife, a mother, a teacher, a retired Federal Investigator and an entrepreneur. No matter what role she is operating in, she is driven by her desire to see others reach their potential.

Burdened with a love for God’s people she encourages children and adults alike to reach their highest potential, sharing her talents and skills working as a volunteer with youth. In May 2000 Lorraine began volunteering with the Youth Aid Panel at the 18th Police District in Philadelphia, PA. The Youth Aide is a program operated by the Philadelphia District Attorney’s office for first time offending youth. In September 2008 she became the Chairperson of the 18th Police District’s panel. Ms. Troy coordinates a community service program for at risk youth.

In 2007 Ms. Troy founded Choice Mentoring where she serves as President & CEO. Choice Mentoring was birthed through the etiquette programs she began at The Oasis of Praise Ministries Church as well as her involvement with at risk youth through the Youth Aid Panel.   Ms. Troy is a Woman of Excellence with a heart for God’s people.  Ms. Troy is a dedicated vessel for the Lord Jesus Christ, so many titles, but the one she loves most, “Bondservant of the Most High God”!
